 Hayden has a high level of knowledge and qualifications, and has many years experience providing direct support to clients with a diverse range of support requirements such as complex medical, complex disability and aged care, palliative care and mental health with challenging behaviours of concern 

As a Support Coordinator I assess the needs of the individuals who receive NDIS packages and coordinate the responses that supports their goals.

I work alongside of allied health professionals. Support services both on the Northwest Coast of Tasmania and Bendigo, Victoria.

I have been working with Pier (Pride, Independence, Equality & Respect) Support Services since August 2022 and find the team at Pier Support Services both supportive and encouraging with the work that I do.

During my career I have many diverse roles from nursing, massage therapist, teacher's aide for children with disabilities, aboriginal health worker, supervisor, facilitator in emergency relief and crisis care.

 Tammy has years of experience in disability support in a range of settings, providing direct support to clients with a diverse range of support requirements including complex disability and mental health. 

 My name is Maxine Bruce, I come with a background in business management and over 5 years industry experience ranging from support worker to care coordinator. I have provided direct support and have coordinated the support of those with a diverse range of support needs including Neurodivergent participants, complex mental health and behaviours of concern. I am passionate and committed to providing exceptional service to our participants in Victoria. 

My name is Bel, I have enjoyed working within the Community Sector alongside wonderful participants and providers for the last 10 years. I have gained the experience over time in my various roles as well as having lived experience of living with Mental Health Issues and Autism. 

I take pride in being able to build a working relationship with you that looks at your life holistically and incorporates all the wonderful and challenging facets that life can deliver. My patience, understanding, knowledge and resilience will be utilised while working with you to create steps to best collaborate the supports you require whilst on your NDIS journey.

Sarah has worked in the Community Services sector for her entire career, primarily in client-facing roles in Aged Care and Disability Support. As Assistant Support Coordinator, Sarah is here to make the lives of the Support Coordination Team - and our Participants - easier! Sarah is passionate about providing friendly, high-quality support to all, with a particular interest in ensuring equitable access to service for underserved communities.

 Our support workers at Pier Support Services PTY LTD are highly qualified and experienced with relevant safeguarding checks to ensure the best possible support staff.
